A LITTLE ABOUT ME….
I am a Milliner living in beautiful Melbourne.
This is my blog, Hunting Peacocks* and it's about all things hat related, my comings and goings and anything that may be of general interest.
I love sewing and pattern making, drawing, embroidery and knitting, and anything else related to these. I occasionally make wedding dresses and made to measure corsetry.
I love to travel and discover little hidden treasures away from the hustle and bustle.
I will always look for the beauty in everything and the best in a situation.
I LOVE food, cooking, the smell of a shop or workroom full of bolts of fabric, being out in the sunshine, coffee, sleeping in, Guinness, single malt and a good cigar, music of almost any kind, my high heels, foreign films, Daydreaming, lots and lots of daydreams!

* Peacocks are not hunted for their feathers, they drop them every Autumn, no peacocks were harmed in the making of my hats! Its just an image I haven't been able to get out of my head - drawing no doubt coming soon….
